Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of FleetOS hardware, software and website. By ordering or using FleetOS you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

The service

FleetOS provides a platform for live vehicle location, trips, reporting and AI features. Vehicles connect via the manufacturer's connected-vehicle services (where eligible), the FleetOS driver app, or a FleetOS tracker with a multi-network SIM. Coverage, data availability and update frequency depend on the tracking method and vehicle.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly per vehicle. On cancel-any-time plans you pay £60 per tracker up front and may cancel at any time. On a 24-month term the device cost is spread across the term and a higher monthly fee applies; early termination may incur the remaining device balance.

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice.

Hardware

Trackers self-install in minutes; professional installation is optional. You’re responsible for fitting the device lawfully and safely in vehicles you’re entitled to track, and for informing drivers as required by law.

Acceptable use

You must use FleetOS lawfully, only track vehicles and drivers you’re authorised to, and not misuse, reverse-engineer or resell the service. You’re responsible for complying with data-protection and employment law in your use of telemetry.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep FleetOS available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
