Can I really cancel any time?
Yes. Everything is monthly rolling — no minimum term, no exit fee. The only commitment on offer is an optional 24-month term that exists purely to spread the £60 tracker hardware cost; skip it and you can leave whenever you like.
Which vehicles work without any hardware?
Most major van brands' newer models can stream tracking straight from the manufacturer — typically the Ford Transit family, Mercedes Sprinter and Vito from 2018, VW Crafter and Caddy from 2021, Citroën, Peugeot, Vauxhall and Fiat vans from 2020, and Renault vans from late 2021, with the manufacturer's connected services activated. We check every vehicle by VIN before you pay for anything, so you'll know exactly what connects up front. HGVs aren't covered by this tier.
What about older vans, trailers and HGVs?
They take a FleetOS tracker — battery (up to 10 years, no wiring), wired, or OBD plug-in. Trackers ship pre-configured and self-install in minutes: £60 one-off plus the same £6 a month. Or drivers can simply clock in with the app.
How does the driver app handle privacy?
Tracking runs only between clock-in and clock-out, and the break button genuinely stops it — while a driver is on a break, our servers refuse location data rather than quietly recording it. Drivers can always see when they're being tracked.
Do I have to pay for installation?
No. Battery trackers fix in place in minutes, OBD trackers push into the diagnostics port, and wired units come with a straightforward 12/24V harness. If you'd rather not do it yourself, add professional fitting at checkout (£49 per vehicle).
Is there a minimum number of vehicles?
No. Start with one van and add the rest whenever you like — pricing is per vehicle, and you can mix tracking methods freely across the fleet.
