Privacy Policy

Who we are

FleetOS Ltd (“FleetOS”, “we”, “us”) provides vehicle tracking hardware and software for commercial fleets. We are the data controller for personal data processed through our website and product.

Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company) when you enquire or order.
• Account and billing information needed to provide the service.
• Vehicle telemetry from FleetOS trackers, manufacturer connected-vehicle services and the driver app (location, trips, speed, fuel/energy, diagnostics) on behalf of our customers. Driver-app tracking runs only between clock-in and clock-out, and no location data is accepted during breaks.
• Usage and device data collected by cookieless analytics to improve the product.

How we use it

We use personal data to provide and support the service, process orders and payments, respond to enquiries, send service communications, and meet legal obligations. Vehicle telemetry is processed to deliver tracking, reporting and AI features to the customer who owns the fleet.

Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service (e.g. hosting, payments, email, vehicle-data providers and installation partners), and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
